Shri Vinod Kumar and Shri Raj Kumar lay the foundation of Pooja Sarees by establishing their first store in a 10 feet × 24 feet rented shop in Ambala. This marks the humble beginning of what will become a major retail empire.
1995 - Expansion & Growth
With steady growth and success, Pooja Sarees expands significantly, moving into a fully self-owned retail space comprising 8 shops. This transition reflects the brand’s strength and long-term vision.
2002 – HUDA Cloth Market
Pooja Sarees takes a groundbreaking step by establishing the HUDA Cloth Market. By acquiring all the showrooms in a HUDA complex auction, the brand ensures a dominant presence in the region’s textile industry.
2016 – Wholesale Revolution
Pooja Wholesale Complex is introduced as a one-of-a-kind shopping destination. Spanning 5 lakh sq. ft. and housing 25 leading brands, it revolutionizes the wholesale shopping experience, offering unmatched variety under one roof.
2020 - Retail Revolution
Pooja Infra expanded into real estate with the launch of Pooja City Centre-I, which commenced operations, while Pooja City Centre-II was prepared for handover.
2021 - Pharma Industry Entry
Pooja Group ventures into the pharmaceutical industry by establishing a WHO-GMP-approved manufacturing unit in Baddi. This strategic diversification strengthens its foothold in the healthcare sector, ensuring quality pharmaceutical production.
